System Requirements
To Install and use the On The Go™ Outlook Add-In you will need:
  • Microsoft® Windows Vista or newer version
  • Microsoft® Outlook 2010 or newer version (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • 21MB of free disk space
  • Mail Mode: Exchange, POP3 or IMAP

Installation Information

Download your version of the add-in based on the type of Outlook installed: 32-bit or 64-bit.    NOTE:  You will need to close Outlook before installing the add-in.  To make sure it is not running, open your Task Manager and verify the OUTLOOK.EXE is not listed.
